Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Investor Acquisition Network™, operated by Luther Ragsdale Real Estate Institute™ ("LRREI," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for a trial, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
The Investor Acquisition Network™ is a membership program that provides an automated business platform, coaching, weekly group calls, JV capital and vendor introductions, a free business startup system, property management education, webinars, training materials, and monthly property tours, as further described on our Site.
2. Trial and Billing
New members may access a 30-day trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, and you will not be charged during the trial period. After 30 days, your payment method will automatically be charged $97 per month, or $997 per year if you choose annual billing, unless you cancel before your trial ends. There is no long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected] or +1 404-800-6681. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. See our Refund Policy for additional detail.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Site, platform, and Membership Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not share your login credentials, resell or redistribute our proprietary content, or use our services to violate any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Deal Scorecard™, the Investment Acquisition Framework™, the Investment Property Acquisition Toolkit™, and all other training materials, tools, trademarks, and content provided through the Investor Acquisition Network™ are the property of LRREI and are licensed to you for personal use during your membership only. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
6. Educational Disclaimer
Coaching, training, webinars, and all other content provided through the Investor Acquisition Network™ are for educational purposes only. Nothing provided through our services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and we encourage you to consult qualified professionals before making any real estate or financial decision.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LRREI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LRREI in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LRREI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
